OnBoard HR

OnBoard HR is a company that specializes in personalized HR and professional placement services. The company specializes in being very "hands on", with face to face interactions and a lot of personal attention. While competitors rely on technology, OnBoard HR will give you personal attention through any experience. 

For this logo project we created a package with a logo, wordmark, icon as well as a badge design for promotional collateral. For OnBoard HR we really wanted to use a bird for the logo as birds rely on communication, working together to accomplish everyday tasks, and are very present in the world and their surroundings. OnBoard HR perfectly embodies these traits, and we felt this was a perfect fit for them and their logo.

For promotional collateral OnBoard HR wanted to to really celebrate the “face to face interactions” message of their company. They wanted a design that could be used on coffee mugs and tote bags, a design that really embraces the coffee shop vibe of warm, genuine human connection and face to face interactions.
